He brings experience across telecommunications, banking, research, education, training, and SETA environments.

Freddy developed a deep passion for skills development and dedicated his career to empowering youth and marginalized communities through practical education.

He oversees stakeholder management, SETA liaison, compliance, grants, learnerships, internships, and strategic partnerships.

Sales and Marketing Director

Mpho leads sales, marketing, business development, and operational coordination for the organization.

She also heads a safety and security entity focused on community policing, guard services, and VIP protection.

Her responsibilities include client acquisition, SETA funding opportunities, training partnerships, branding, campaigns, and corporate relations.

She is the first point of contact for proposals, quotations, and service agreements.

She coordinates registrations, assessments, attendance tracking, certifications, and stakeholder communication.

She also plays a major role in compliance, candidate recruitment, learner placement, and reporting for grants and WSP/ATR submissions.

Lehlohonolo Mojela

Young Hloni manages learner onboarding, LMS document uploads, client submissions for verifications, and candidate management & communication.

He ensures seamless delivery, compliance, and learner experience from enrolment to certification.

His key responsibilities include learner onboarding, managing applications, registration, and induction for learnerships, internships, and skills programmes.

He is also a sole custodian of the LMS where he uploads learner documents, tracks attendance, loads assessments, and maintains digital records.

Hloni also ensures compliance by preparing and submitting learner documentation to clients, SETAs, and QCTO for registrations, verifications, and certifications.

He screens, recruits, and communicates with candidates while matching learners to host employers and stakeholders.

Furthermore, he maintains learner databases, tracks progress, and generates reports for WSP/ATR, grants, and client updates.
